★線維化進行が疑われる症例は専門医へ紹介を速やかに行う．

★B型肝硬変の治療適応は，ALT値，HBV DNA量を参考に決定する．

★B型肝硬変の治療薬は原則エンテカビルである．

★B型肝硬変に対する抗ウイルス療法を適切に行えば，肝発癌抑制にもつながる．
