ポイント

★B-RTOは本邦で開発され，発展した胃静脈瘤に対するIVR治療である．

★肝性脳症，異所性静脈瘤に対してもmajor shuntを有しているものであれば，高い治療効果をもつ低侵襲な治療法である．

★門脈圧の上昇により食道静脈瘤の増悪に注意が必要である．
