腫瘍融解症候群のマネジメント

ポイント

★腫瘍融解症候群は高尿酸血症を中心とする電解質・代謝異常である．

★検査所見と臨床所見から診断に至る．

★緊急対応を要するoncology emergencyである．

★最終予後は基礎疾患によるところが大きく，本症候群そのものは治癒を目指すべき病態である．

★疾患ごとにリスクに応じて尿酸生成抑制薬，アロプリノールや遺伝子組み換え型ユリカーゼ，ラスブリカーゼを使用する．
