副腎皮質機能低下症

ポイント

◎全身倦怠感や食欲低下がある場合，副腎皮質機能低下症を鑑別診断に挙げる．

◎続発性の場合，低Na血症はきたしにくい．

◎スクリーニングのために，まず早朝絶食時にコルチゾールとACTHを測定する．

◎補充療法にはヒドロコルチゾンを用い，1日2～3分割投与にする．

◎ストレス下では，通常の2～3倍量のヒドロコルチゾンを服用するよう指導する．
