肺血栓塞栓症

内科診療に役立つ国内外のガイドライン

　近年，肺血栓塞栓の診断・治療に関して国内外から多くのガイドラインが提唱されている．代表的なものとして，本邦では2009年に日本循環器学会を中心とする合同研究班により「肺血栓塞栓症および深部静脈血栓症の診断，治療，予防に関するガイドライン（2009年改訂版）」^1）が作成されている．また，欧州では2008年にEuropean Society of Cardiology（ESC）^2），米国では2011年にAmerican Heart Association（AHA）^3），2012年にAmerican College of Chest Physicians（ACCP）^4）が，それぞれのガイドラインを提唱している（表1）．
