日本のガイドライン

　脳卒中の治療に関するわが国のガイドラインとしては，『脳卒中治療ガイドライン2009』がある（http://www.jsts.gr.jp，無料）^1）．5つの学会が合同で作成し，脳卒中のリハビリテーションも含まれている．2004年に初版が出され，2009年の改訂版が2015年に発刊される予定である．『Merciリトリーバー適正治療指針』（2010年），『Penumbraシステム適正治療指針』（2011年），『rt-PA（アルテプラーゼ）静注療法適正治療指針第二版』^2））も必要に応じて出している（無料）．
