内科診療に役立つ国内外のガイドライン

　近年，関節リウマチ治療の進歩は著しく，生物学的製剤をはじめとした新規リウマチ薬の登場は診療に大きな変化をもたらした．それに伴って国内外で診断や治療に関する新しい指針が次々と発表されている（表1）．

　診断に関しては欧米で発表されているのはガイドラインというものではないが，新分類基準として2010年に米国リウマチ学会（ACR），欧州リウマチ学会（EULAR）から合同で発表された．それとともに，診療の質の向上のための基本指針としてtreat to targetという医療者と患者がともに目標設定をし，診療にあたるという指針が同年発表されている．
