人工呼吸器関連肺炎（VAP）の診断と治療

◎人工呼吸器関連肺炎診断のゴールドスタンダードはない．

◎気管支肺胞洗浄液を用いた定量培養は，多くの臨床研究で標準的に用いられており，適切な抗菌治療に寄与する可能性が高い．

◎経験的抗菌薬の適切性が生命予後に影響する．

◎原因菌同定/感受性判明後に標的治療へとde-escalationする．

◎抗菌治療期間は1週間が標準であるが，ブドウ糖非発酵グラム陰性桿菌では，より長い治療期間を考慮する．
