ポイント

◎無症状の心房期外収縮と心室期外収縮は，原則として治療しない．

◎心房細動は脳梗塞のリスクをまず評価し，年齢・症状・基礎心疾患に応じて治療を検討する．

◎Brugada型心電図はType 1で診断的意味があり，失神の既往や家族歴がなければ経過観察でもよい．
