Brugada症候群で行うべき問診と検査

ポイント

◎Brugada症候群を疑った場合，異なった状況や，1または2肋間上などで，複数回心電図を記録してみることが重要である．

◎問診では失神の既往の有無が重要なポイントであるが，ほかの原因による失神（脳血管疾患や神経調節性失神など）をできる限り除外しなければならない．

◎電気生理学的検査による心室細動の誘発は，診断および植込み型除細動器適応の重要な判断要素であるが，その誘発プロトコールやほかの検査結果も加味して，総合的に診断する必要がある．
