◎心筋の構造的リモデリングや電気的リモデリングの進んだ心不全では，抗不整脈薬による副作用が生じやすい．

◎心不全標準治療薬であるβ遮断薬やRAS抑制薬は，リモデリングの抑制により抗不整脈効果を発揮する．
