◎ワルファリン治療では細かく処方量の調整を行い，高いTTRを目指す．

◎新規抗凝固薬は適正な用量を使用する．不適切な低用量では心原性塞栓予防効果は期待できない．

◎新規抗凝固薬はそれぞれ特徴があり，心原性塞栓予防効果も一様ではないと推定されるため，適切に使い分ける．
