◎rt-PA静注療法では，CTやMRIで頭蓋内出血と広汎な初期虚血性変化を除外する．

◎脳血管の評価は必須ではないが，治療戦略上重要な情報となりうる．

◎虚血ペナンブラの評価の意義は現時点で明らかとなっていない．
