ポイント

◎rt-PA静注療法の対象例（発症4.5時間以内）には，治療開始を遅らせるリスクが大きいためSPECTは実施しない．

◎局所線溶療法（発症6時間以内）の適応決定には，SPECTによる脳血流評価が有用である．

◎慢性期血行再建療法の適応は，アセタゾラミド反応性を含めた脳血流SPECT検査によって判断する．
