◎脳梗塞は発症4.5時間までtPA治療が可能となった．

◎しかし発症3時間を超えると出血合併症を惹起する危険性が高まる．

◎脳保護薬の併用はtPAの有効性のみを惹き出し，出血合併症を軽減する（tPAパートナー）．

◎低体温療法も脳保護療法の1つである．

◎neurovascular unit破綻の生体イメージング技術により，より安全なtPA治療が可能となる．
