ポイント

◎狭義の自己炎症疾患は遺伝子異常を伴う．炎症病態は類似するものの，遺伝性が明らかではないそのほかの疾患・病態も広義の自己炎症疾患として認識されるようになってきた．

◎家族性地中海熱ではMEFV遺伝子異常がpyrinの機能異常とインフラマソームでのIL-1βの活性化を誘発し，自己炎症が惹起されると考えられる．

◎今後は新たな遺伝子解析研究に加え，自己炎症とcommon diseaseとの関連にも注目が集まる．
