ポイント

◎血清IgG4高値とIgG4陽性形質細胞の浸潤，線維化を特徴とする慢性疾患である．

◎涙腺・唾液腺，膵，腎，後腹膜などに同時性・異時性に病変が形成される．

◎血清IgG4高値は特異的ではなく，悪性腫瘍などとの鑑別に組織学的検索が必要である．
