ポイント

◎機能性胸やけ（functional heartburn：FH）とは酸の胃食道逆流を認めないにもかかわらず，胸骨裏の焼けるような不快感や痛みを認める疾患である．

◎プロトンポンプ阻害薬投与への反応性の有無が胃食道逆流症との鑑別において重要である．

◎FHの治療には抗うつ薬の投与や精神的治療が有効と考えられているが，エビデンスは十分ではない．
