◎H. pylori除菌後に逆流性食道炎の発症増加や症状増悪をほとんど認めない．

◎逆流性食道炎の存在がH. pylori除菌の妨げとならない．

◎PPI長期維持療法を行う場合には，H. pylori感染をチェックして除菌を考慮する．
