ポイント

◎高齢者のGERDは，重症化しやすく，服用薬剤や身体的要因などの関与を考慮すべきである．

◎NSAIDs・アスピリンは，Barrett食道およびBarrett腺癌発生の抑制因子である．

◎欧米の報告によると，NSAIDs・アスピリン内服によりGERD発生が約2倍増加する．

◎NSAIDs・アスピリンによるGERD発生に関する研究は少なく，その機序についても不明である．
