機能性ディスペプシアとGERDの症状の特徴・重複

ポイント

◎FDは「つらいと感じる食後のもたれ感，早期飽満感，心窩部痛，心窩部灼熱感の4項目のうち1つ以上の症状が，6カ月以上前からあり，最近の3カ月間は症状が続いている」と定義されている．

◎GERDは「胃内容の逆流が煩わしい症状や合併症を起こした状態を指す」と定義されている．

◎FDとGERDでは症状発現部位が異なる．

◎FDとGERDのオーバーラップ率はおおむね20～30％である．
