ポイント

◎アディポカインは，動脈硬化病変と深く関連している．そのなかでも特にアディポネクチンは，多面的な抗動脈硬化，抗血管リモデリング作用を呈することが血管内皮を用いた基礎検討で明らかになっている．

◎血中アディポネクチン濃度は冠動脈疾患発生，プラークの安定化などと強く関連していることが臨床面でも明らかとされてきている．また低アディポネクチン血症は冠危険因子の集積そのものにも関与している．

◎アディポネクチンと補体C1qの結合比が，メタボリックシンドローム発症や冠動脈疾患のリスクと関連することが報告されている．
