ポイント

◎ペニシリンが使用できる疾患であればペニシリンG，アンピシリンを積極的に使用する．

◎ペニシリンに感受性がある場合はde-escalationを積極的に行う．

◎時間依存性の薬剤であるため，しっかり必要回数を投与し，また持続投与を検討してもよい．

◎ペニシリンに対するアレルギーは，それが本物かしっかり確認する．
