ポイント

◎アジスロマイシンの長期投与は気管支拡張症に対する急性増悪の回数を抑制する．また，COPDの安定期に投与することにより急性増悪を抑制する効果が示されている．

◎アジスロマイシンは短期投与で，COPDの急性増悪における死亡率や治療失敗例の減少，症状の改善が報告されている．

◎市中肺炎ではβラクタム系薬との併用により，クラリスロマイシンに比してアジスロマイシンが入院日数を短縮し，死亡率を減少させるとする報告がある．
