ポイント

◎OSASは肥満に多く存在するが，肥満を伴わないOSASも25～40％程度を占める．

◎本態性高血圧患者の30％に，治療抵抗性高血圧の80％にOSASが存在する．

◎SASは二次性高血圧の重要な因子である．

◎CPAPと降圧薬使用にて，相加的に血圧が低下する．
