ポイント

◎機能性ディスペプシア（FD）に対するH. pylori除菌治療効果は大きくはないが，胃癌予防の観点からは臨床的意義はきわめて大きい．

◎治療薬として，酸分泌抑制薬，消化管運動調節薬，抗うつ薬，抗不安薬，漢方薬の有用性が示されている．

◎新規コリンエステラーゼ阻害薬であるアコチアミドは，FD治療薬として初めて保険承認され，効果が期待される．
