ポイント

◎切除不能進行・再発胃がんの一次治療におけるわが国の標準治療は，S-1＋CDDP療法である．

◎HER2陽性進行胃がんには，5-FU＋CDDP療法あるいはカペシタビン＋CDDP療法の併用療法が有効である．

◎stage Ⅱ，Ⅲの胃がんの場合，術後補助化学療法として，S-1の1年間の内服が標準である．
