ポイント

◎COPDの薬物治療では，吸入気管支拡張薬が中心となるが，テオフィリンや喀痰調整薬，マクロライド系抗菌薬はCOPDの急性増悪を減少させる可能性がある．

◎体重減少はCOPDの独立した予後因子であり，早期からの栄養学的介入が望ましい．
