◎ARDSに対して有効性の確立された薬物療法はない．

◎原因となる疾患の治療と，輸液や人工呼吸療法などの全身管理が治療の基本となる．

◎発症初期の大量ステロイド，および発症2週間以降のステロイド投与は行うべきではない．
