症状と曝露の時系列を考慮する

　症状が出現した後に行われた薬剤投与や外科的介入，環境変化などがその症状の原因であることは，通常ありえません．したがって，時系列が一致することは必要条件であり，必ず確認する必要があります．逆に，時系列が一致しない場合には別の要因を検討します．
