手術・処置支援のための3D-CT（1）胸部—胸腔鏡下食道手術の術前simulationを例に

　近年，低侵襲手術として，胸腔鏡や腹腔鏡などの鏡視下手術が施行されているが，このような低侵襲手術では，実際の術視野において触覚や遠近感が乏しく3次元的なイメージを捉えることが難しいため，解剖学的な誤認による血管や臓器の損傷に注意が必要となる．そのため，術前に実際の術視野に合わせた3D画像を作成することは，術操作の習熟や安全性を向上させる点で有用と考えられる．

　本稿では，胸部領域の手術支援の例として，胸腔鏡下での食道癌手術における3D-CTを用いた術前simulationに関して東北大学で行っている方法を例に述べる．
