脊椎関節炎

◎脊椎関節炎は関節痛や腰背部痛を主訴に来院する患者の重要な鑑別疾患である．

◎脊椎関節炎は関節リウマチとは異なる特有の関節所見を呈する．

◎脊椎関節炎には眼病変，腸炎，大動脈弁閉鎖不全症，皮膚病変などの関節外症状の合併がみられる．

◎単純X線写真の所見は脊椎関節炎の診断に必須ではない．
