ポイント

◎不明熱を呈する血液疾患は多くなく，そのほとんどが悪性リンパ腫をはじめとする造血器腫瘍である．

◎不明熱にリンパ節腫脹，血球数異常・分画異常・形態異常などを伴えば血液疾患である可能性は高くなるので，身体診察・末梢血塗抹標本の観察は重要である．
