ポイント

◎糖尿病患者における降圧薬の第一選択薬は，腎保護作用を有し，耐糖能にも好影響を与えるARB/ACE阻害薬である．

◎利尿薬は，糖代謝を悪化させる可能性がある．

◎β遮断薬は，耐糖能を悪化させる，あるいは低血糖症状をマスクする可能性がある．

◎一部のスタチンは糖代謝を悪化させる可能性がある．
