低血糖と向き合う

ポイント

◎低血糖は心血管疾患リスクや認知症発症，およびQOLの低下や網膜症の悪化に関係している．

◎低血糖予防には糖尿病治療に対する患者自身の理解や自己血糖測定の利用，そして適切な糖尿病治療薬の選択が有用である．

◎HbA1cをただ下げるだけでなく，低血糖を回避しながら患者個人に合わせた血糖管理目標を立てることが重要である．
