薬剤誘発性顎骨骨髄炎の注意点と対処法

本稿のポイント

・ビスフォスフォネート以外にも，顎骨骨髄炎の原因薬剤がある．

・安全とされていた経口薬でも，顎骨骨髄炎は発症する．

・「予防的休薬」には，メリットとデメリットがある．

・顎骨に対する侵襲処置は，過剰に避けるべきではない．

・顎骨骨髄炎を発症した際には，「治療的休薬」を検討する．
