パールとピットフォール

◎心エコー図の実施前には必ず聴診をする．

◎断層像から心囊液貯留量のおおよその見当をつける．

◎壁運動評価のため，左室壁のsegment（区分）を覚えておく．

◎心筋症では，壁厚と内腔径の関係から大まかに診断する．
