パールとピットフォール

◎心室頻拍の心電図診断のポイントはP波とQRS波の解離を確認することである．

◎持続様式，QRS波の形態，連結期の長短で心室頻拍の重症度がわかる．

◎基質としての心疾患の種類と心機能の程度によって初期治療が異なる．

◎心室頻拍の慢性期治療の中心はⅢ群抗不整脈薬とβ遮断薬である．
