パールとピットフォール

◎急性肺血栓塞栓症を見逃さないためには，まず本症を疑え！

◎急性肺血栓塞栓症を疑ったら，Dダイマー，心エコー，造影CTを行え！

◎「Dダイマーの上昇＝急性肺血栓塞栓症」ではない．

◎急性肺血栓塞栓症の心電図変化，特に右側胸部誘導の陰性T波を虚血性心疾患と間違えてはいけない．
