パールとピットフォール

◎心房細動のリズム・レートコントロールは一様ではなく，個々の症例でそれぞれの治療方法を組み合わせていく必要がある．

◎レートコントロール治療において最も認容性が高い薬剤はβ遮断薬であり，安静時心拍数110拍/分をとりあえずの目標におく．

◎抗不整脈薬によるリズムコントロールを行う際は有効性のみならず副作用の発現にも十分留意し，自覚症状の改善が認められなければカテーテルアブレーションも考慮する必要がある．
