ポイント
●慢性虚血性心疾患に対する薬物治療は，心筋虚血への直接的な治療と，長期予後改善を見据えた二次予防の二本立てで行われる．
●近年の研究によれば，心機能が保持されている慢性虚血性心疾患に対するβ遮断薬の投与は長期予後の改善効果がないことが示唆されている．
●慢性虚血性心疾患に対する薬物治療は，危険因子のすべてに強力に介入するため多剤併用となりやすく，副作用や有効性を慎重に考慮して選択すべきである．
