ポイント
●冠動脈インターベンション(PCI)ではステント，なかでも薬剤溶出性ステント(DES)を用いることが通常である．
●ステント血栓症の予防のために，アスピリンとADP受容体P2Y₁₂拮抗薬の2剤による抗血小板療法(DAPT)が行われる．
●第2世代のDESが普及してからステント血栓症は減少しており，DAPTの期間は短縮する傾向にある．
●新規の抗血小板薬の開発が進行しており，その成績が期待されている．
