ポイント
●機能性ディスペプシア（FD）の病態は胃酸分泌や消化管運動機能異常以外に，感染症や心理的因子が関連しているため，消化器症状以外の他症状や患者背景まで考慮する必要がある．
●FDは食後愁訴症候群と心窩部痛症候群に分類され，消化管運動賦活薬，酸分泌抑制薬を用いることが多い．
