肝細胞癌

ポイント
●肝細胞癌は，ウイルス性肝炎を背景に発症するが，最近，肝炎ウイルス陰性肝癌が増加してきている．
●肝細胞癌の早期発見には，危険群に応じたサーベイランス間隔を設定し，ダイナミックCT/MRIにて確定診断を行う．
●肝細胞癌の治療は，エビデンスに基づく治療アルゴリズム2013年版に沿って，肝障害度，腫瘍数，腫瘍径によって治療法を決定する．
