●薬物療法は対症療法であるが，アレルゲン免疫療法は根治的な治療法である．
●12歳以上のスギ花粉症に対して舌下免疫療法が実用化された．
●舌下免疫療法は簡便で安全な治療法であるが，副反応の発現に注意する．
●有効性を高めるために治療アドヒアランスの維持が重要である．
