ポイント
●妊娠初期に薬剤投与を行う場合は，疫学研究で催奇形性が否定的な薬を用いる．
●気管支喘息患者が妊娠を希望した場合，病状の安定を優先し必要な薬は継続する．
●アレルギー性鼻炎・結膜炎の妊婦では，抗原回避を原則とし，局所投与薬を適宜用いる．
