ポイント
●悪性リンパ腫に対する造血幹細胞移植は，治癒を目指す治療法である．
●悪性リンパ腫の病型によって造血幹細胞移植の実施タイミングが異なる．
●悪性リンパ腫に対する同種造血幹細胞移植の適応範囲が拡大している．
●なるべく早期にヒト白血球型抗原（HLA）検査を実施し，ドナー候補を早々に見出す．
