移植非適応例の初回治療戦略

ポイント
●移植非適応症候性骨髄腫患者の初回治療は，標準治療として新規薬剤を併用する．
●MPB（メルファラン＋プレドニゾロン＋ボルテゾミブ）療法は標準療法の1つであるが，至適投与法については定まっていない．
●MPT（メルファラン＋プレドニゾロン＋サリドマイド）療法は，欧米では移植非適応患者の初回標準治療として位置づけられている．
●レナリドミドにデキサメタゾンを併用する場合は低用量（Ld療法）で行うほうがよい．
