骨髄腫患者に合併する骨病変の発症機序とその管理

ポイント
●多発性骨髄腫では，約80％の患者に溶骨性病変が合併する．
●骨髄腫骨髄微小環境では，骨髄腫細胞，間質細胞，破骨細胞との細胞間相互作用が骨病変の進展と骨髄腫の生存・増殖に重要な役割を果たしている．
●ビスホスホネート製剤は，骨髄腫骨病変の進行を抑制する．
