見逃してはいけない肺高血圧の検査所見

　肺高血圧症は予後不良の病態であるが，その治療薬の開発/承認により，以前より明らかに予後の改善がみられている．しかしながら，病態が進行した状況での投薬より，早期に投薬を開始するほうが治療効果は高く，さらなる予後改善につながるものと思われる．そのためには，やはり本症を早期に診断することが鍵となる．本稿では，肺高血圧症の診断に関する検査とその所見について自覚症状や身体所見を交えて概説する．
